Well, we have one week of practice under our belt and a new host of varsity players are trying to acclimate themselves to the jump from j.v. Presently, we have a roster of eleven (11) kids and despite the lack of experience practice has been very competitive and enthusiastic.

With only three players, out of eleven, with varsity experience the learning curve has been the hardest thing to overcome, not only for the new players but for the coaching staff as well. There is no doubt about it, we will struggle early on in the season, but hopefully we can gel into a solid unit by the end of the season.
The players are optimistic and if hard work can be used as an indicator, the future could hold plenty of promise.
The Varsity will be scrimmaging against St. Paul and Lebanon on Tuesday the 23rd of November. The scrimmage will begin at 5:00 pm.
